# 1. Login and View your Reports

|
|
As a customer, you can access shared reports to monitor the progress of activities in your designated areas. This guide will walk you through logging in and viewing the reports that have been shared with you.
|
|
|
|
## Logging In
|
|
|
|
To access your shared reports, you'll need to log in to the Lastmiler platform using the credentials provided to you.
|
|
|
|
> For detailed login instructions and password reset procedures, please refer to the [Manager Login Guide](../Manager/login-and-reset-password/login-and-reset-password.md). The login process is the same for all user types.

|
|
### Quick Login Steps
|
|
|
|
1. Navigate to the Lastmiler login page
|
|
2. Enter your email address and password
|
|
3. Click **"Sign In"** to access the platform
|
|
|
|
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow the password reset instructions in the Manager documentation.
|
|
|
|
## Accessing Your Shared Reports
|
|
|
|
Once logged in, you'll be able to view reports that have been specifically shared with you by your service provider.

|
|
|
### Finding Your Reports
|
|
|
|
Reports shared with you will appear in your dashboard. You can identify shared reports by:
|

|
- Report name and description provided by your service provider
|
|
- Date range for which the report is active
|
|
- Areas covered in the report
|
|
|
|
### Viewing Report Details
|
|
|
|
When you access a shared report, you'll see:

- Progress indicators for area coverage

|
- Visual representation of distributor activity (shown as gray dots and paths)
|
|

|
|
|

- Property coverage percentages
|
|
- Historical movement data of distributors working in your areas
|
|
|
|
**Interactive Elements:**
|
|
|
|
- Click on any area to see detailed information
|
|
- Zoom in/out to explore different levels of detail
|
|
- View distributor paths and activity timestamps
|
|
|
|
### Understanding Report Data
|
|
|
|
The reports provide transparency into the work being performed in your areas:
|
|
|
|
- **Coverage Percentage**: Shows what portion of properties in each area have been serviced
|
|
- **Activity Tracking**: Gray dots represent distributor locations and movements
|
|
- **Time-stamped Data**: Hover over tracking points to see detailed information including date, time, and other relevant metrics
|
|
- **Progress Monitoring**: Real-time updates as work progresses in your areas
|
|
|
|
### Report Access Duration
|
|
|
|
Your access to shared reports is controlled by your service provider:
|
|
|
|
- Some reports may have specific end dates
|
|
- Others may remain accessible indefinitely
|
|
- If you lose access to a report, contact your service provider to renew permissions
|
|
|
|
## Troubleshooting Access Issues

|
|
|
If you encounter problems accessing your reports:
|
|
|
|
1. **Check your login credentials** - Ensure you're using the correct email and password
|
|
2. **Verify report sharing status** - Contact your service provider to confirm the report is still shared with you
|
|
3. **Check expiration dates** - Some shared reports may have time-limited access
|
|
4. **Clear browser cache** - Sometimes browser issues can prevent proper loading
|
|
|
|
