Login and Password Reset Guide
This guide provides clear instructions for logging into your Lastmiler account and resetting your password if needed.
Login
To access your account, open your web browser and go to:
https://app.lastmiler.com
On the login page, you will see two input fields:
- Enter your email address: type the email address registered to your Lastmiler account (for example,
johndoe@lastmiler.com
) - Enter your password: type your account password
Click the red "Log in" button to continue.
If your login details are correct, you will be signed in and redirected to your dashboard.
If you have forgotten your password, click the green link labeled "Did you forget or want to reset password?" to begin the password reset process.
Resetting Your Password
If you are unable to log in because you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it.
Step 1: Click the reset password link
On the login page, just above the red "Log in" button, click the green link:
"Did you forget or want to reset password?"
You will be taken to the password reset screen.
Step 2: Request a password reset
On the password reset screen:
- Enter your email address in the "Email" field
- Click the red "Request password reset" button
An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password.
Step 3: Open the password reset email
Check your inbox for an email from Lastmiler with the subject "Password Reset Request".
- The email contains a six-digit PIN code, such as 451172. This code is required to verify your identity
- The PIN code is valid for 10 minutes
- Click the "Reset password" link in the email. If the link does not work, copy the full URL and paste it into your browser's address bar
Step 4: Complete the password reset form
After clicking the email link, you will be taken to the password reset form.
Fill in the form:
- Make sure your email address is correct in the "Email" field
- Enter your new password in the "New password" field
- Re-enter your new password in the "Repeat new password" field
- Enter the six-digit PIN code from the email
Click the red "Reset Password" button to confirm.
Step 5: Confirmation
After submitting the form:
- A confirmation message will appear with a link to return to the login page
- You will also receive a confirmation email from Lastmiler with the subject "Password successfully reset"
You can now return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
